Educational <br />. investigative <br />. Enforcement <br />. Advisory <br />. Adjudicative <br />. Reporting <br />2. Should a Commission address ethical standards for both staff and public <br />officials? <br />3. What structure best suits its purpose, and how does it fit within other <br />structures? <br />. Frequency of ineetings, quafifications of inembers, terms of office, etc. <br />. Authority of courts, City and County Attorneys, Human Rights <br />organizations, etc. <br />4. What should be the scope of authority, role and responsibilities for specific <br />individuals in the process? <br />. Commissioners <br />. Staff (both employee and contracted) <br />. City Council <br />. Parties in complaint process <br />5.
