<br />c-3 Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the 2002 Service Agreement
<br />Agreement. with North Metro Inspections, Incorporated and North Metro Inspections,
<br />authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreement after Inc.

<br />Paul Adam for a Recombination Minor Subdivision of a portion of Minor Subdivision
<br />5 15 Roselawn Avenue with 520 Ryan Avenue, subject to: a) The paul Adam
<br />applicant must provide the City with a survey of the new parcels 520 Roselawn/515 Ryan
<br />with their legal descriptions. b) The applicant must provide the City �pF 3367)
<br />with the appropriate recording medium necessary for City approval
<br />in order to properly record the subdivision document with Ramsey
