The five <br />proposals submitted included mixed levels of housing development and a <br />proposal for a fitness center. The Council narrowed the selection to two <br />housing proposals but no action was taken. <br />OCt 2000: <br />Dec 2000: <br />2001: <br />January: <br />Parks & Recreation relocate offlCes to Fairview Community Center <br />Asbestos Abatement & Building Demolition <br />Council approves hiring consultant to begin Master Plan process & hires <br />HGA Architects. <br />Feb. 8: A small group meeting was held on February 8, 2001 with a representative group <br />from the area including single-family representatives, commercial property <br />owners (Hamline Center & JL� and church representatives. <br />
