5.0 Suggested City Council Action <br />5.1 By motion, authorize the Fire Marshal to issue a burn permit to the Concordia Meadows <br />Atrium Townhome Association, 506 Lovell Avenue, to bum the wild growth around the <br />retention pond at the Townhome complex, conditioned upon compliance with the following <br />stipulations: <br />a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April l, 2002 through April 30, <br />2002; <br />b) The burn shall be conducted by acknowledged experts; and, <br />c) The Association shall notify the Roseville Fire Department at least two days <br />in advance of the date of the bum. <br />Attachments: Letter of request from Concordia Meadows Atrium Townhome Assoc. <br />Prepared by: John Loftus, Fire Marshal <br />RCA: Concordia Meadows Atrium Town home Assoc 022502 <br />
