ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 1906 <br />AND 1912 LEXINGTON AVENUE AND 1074 ROSELAWN AVENUE FROM B-1 <br />LIMITED BUSINESS, B-2 RETAIL BUSINESS AND B-3 GENERAL BUSINESS <br />TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONES OF B-1, <br />LIMITED BUSINESS AND R-3, GENERAL RESIDENCE (PF #3224) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 10 15 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3224, the <br />following properiy, generally located at 1906 and 19 12 Le�ngton Avenue, and 1074 <br />Roselawn Avenue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-1, Limited Business, B-2, <br />Retail Business, and B-3 General Business to Planned Unit Development Zone # <br />with underlying zones of B-1, Limited Business District and R-3, General Residence. <br />The property is currently described as. <br />The property consists of four separate parcels lying at the southeast corner of <br />Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue with an overall width of� 234 feet and <br />a length of � 328 f eet or 1. 76 acres (PID 14292332 0060, 0061, 0062, and 0093). <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # . The Planned Unit <br />Development standards and conditions of approval adopted for this properiy shall be in <br />addition to a11 other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code sha11 <br />take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />3.
