AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 1906 AND 1912 LEXINGTON AVENUE AND 1074 ROSELAWN AVENUE FROM B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS, B-2 RETAIL BUSINESS AND B-3 GENERAL BUSINESS TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONES OF B-1, LIMITED BUSINESS AND R-3, GENERAL RESIDENCE (PF #3224) The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 10 15 (Zoning Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3224, the following properiy, generally located at 1906 and 19 12 Le�ngton Avenue, and 1074 Roselawn Avenue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-1, Limited Business, B-2, Retail Business, and B-3 General Business to Planned Unit Development Zone # with underlying zones of B-1, Limited Business District and R-3, General Residence. The property is currently described as. The property consists of four separate parcels lying at the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue with an overall width of� 234 feet and a length of � 328 f eet or 1. 76 acres (PID 14292332 0060, 0061, 0062, and 0093). Section 2. Planned Unit Development # . The Planned Unit Development standards and conditions of approval adopted for this properiy shall be in addition to a11 other applicable zoning requirements. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code sha11 take effect upon: 1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. 2.
