China also claims to have preserved Ti�etan manuscripts and cultural artifa�ts, <br />which is also undeniably false. Since 1958, China has destroyed 99.98% of monasteries <br />and nunneries. Altogether, over 6000 monasteries and nunneries were destroyed along <br />with their spiritual statues, ancient manuscripts, scriptures, relics, thangka painting etc. <br />Ar t i c 1 e 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion; this <br />right includes freedom to change his religious belief, and, and freedom, either alone or in <br />community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion of belief in <br />teaching practice, worship, and observance. <br />This is another article that is ignored by the Chinese government. Monks and nuns are being forced by the government to criticize the Da�a.i Llama, <br />whose photographs are currently harmed.
