The Parks and Recreation Commission has <br />thoroughly reviewed the plan and discussed the proposed revisions. <br />1�Iotion or Recommendation: <br />Smith moved, Jacobson seconded to recommend that the City Council adopt the proposed Revised <br />Rosebrook Park Master Plan. Motion Carried unanimously. <br />Basis for 1�Iotion or Recommendation: <br />(List options considered; reasoning; major discussion points) <br />. Joint use-partnering with Health Club and community organizations <br />. Cleans up older park <br />. Utilizes land very well <br />. Integrates neighborhood uses with large community play activities <br />. Plans are well thought out <br />. Amenities i.e. benches, tables should be added to the park <br />.
