I think the plan has great merit for a variety of obvious reasons. One thing the <br />city must keep in mind is that we are fortunate to have so many parks and ponds. Proper <br />stewardship of these assets is important, and we must begin in somewhere. <br />As presented, the plan addresses many interrelated issues. My only suggestion is that the <br />city considers a larger community involvement project, coordinating improvements in a <br />variety of places, partly with community based volunteers.
