General Donations to the City of Roseville <br />Beets overviewed the Ramsey Square donation. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve <br />acceptance of the $100 donation from the Ramsey Square <br />Association. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, <br />Kough, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />Hearings <br />A. Consider Approving Annual Revisions to the City <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Kysylyczyn opened the public hearing. Welsch briefly <br />summarized the changes to the Comprehensive Plan. No <br />citizens wished to speak on this item. Kysylyczyn closed <br />the public hearing. Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder <br />seconded, to affirm the 2001 changes and reformatting, <br />officially include the changes in the Plan, and adopt the <br />2001 Comprehensive Plan, noting that it is consistent <br />with the 2002 Capital Improvement Program.
