Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />General Concept Plan of this Planned Unit Development <br />and the prelitninary plat for the development of the 2.25 <br />acre parcel into seven single family residential homes <br />subdivided under the Community In Common (CIC) plat <br />format, subject to the conditions listed in Section 3.2 to <br />3.7 of the project report dated January 28, 2002. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />It is understood that the effective date of such a Planned <br />Unit Development will not occi��'u��il' after the <br />application submission and final approval of the Final <br />Development Plan, Final Plat, a Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement, and second reading of an <br />ordinance rezoning the parcel/publication of the PUD <br />ordinance. No new construction may occur before the <br />effective date of the ordinance. <br />IV. Land Use <br />V. Reports & Recommendations <br />A. Consider Adopting City Sponsorship Policy Sponsorship Policy <br />Bierscheid reviewed this proposed Council Policy. <br />Schroeder asked about signage:�i:t�j���lyczyn asked about <br />sharing of revenues and location of signs. Kough asked <br />about the location of signs and the amount of revenue to <br />be raised under this policy. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of the <br />Sponsorship Policy deleting # 11. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to amend the <br />motion to adopt the Sponsorship Policy including # 11. <br />,1i;� p � ,:+.r: s,. <br />
