Arden Hills Regional Public Works Opportunity Kysylyczyn asked about the Ramsey County Regional Public Works site design. $,chWartz described the County's design process. Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to direct Schwartz to investigate possibilities for a regional public works facility and to report back to Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. G. Resolution Addressing Retired Firefighters Access Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, adoption of a resolution establishing a City Council Policy regarding Access by Roseville Fire Department Retirees to Roseville Fire Stations. Schroeder moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, to adjust the ending time in #2A from 8:OO-.p.m:�`�to 10:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. Abstained: Maschka and Klausing (Abstentions, insufficient information). Schroeder spoke about his meetings to learn about this issue and his desire to return things to the way they were. Kough spoke to his concerns. Kysylyczyn spoke to the policy components of this issue and his meetings on this subject. Klausing commented on the creation of sub-committees. He also asked about the meaning of Item #6. Kysylyczyn invited public comment. Chief Gasaway overviewed the mission of the Roseville Fire Department, the terms of fil�i��ent policy and the process by which this policy was created.
