Advisory Commission Appointments and Advisory Commissions <br />Reappointments <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to postpone the <br />reappointments of citizens eligible for reappointment, <br />and provide notice of vacancies to Roseville residents. <br />Maschka asked why the reappointments would be <br />postponed. Klausing noted that it has been difficult to <br />get volunteers, so why not reappoint. Schroeder asked to <br />see other applicants. Kough commented about seeing all <br />applications. Klausing asked about the selection process <br />for citizen advisory boards. Schroeder and Kough <br />commented about possible selec��ip,�1 criteria. <br />Pam McGeehee, resident, spoke about her perspective as <br />a volunteer. <br />Kough noted there was nothing automatic about <br />renewing any advisory board member after their first <br />term. <br />Jim Mulder, resident, shared his thoughts about the <br />citizen advisory board selection process. <br />Schroeder asked for additional information about persons <br />eligible for reappointment. <br />Klausing commented about possible commissioner <br />selection criteria. Kysylyczyn commented about <br />selection criteria. � ���r; -,� ���,� <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to postpone <br />reappointment of those persons eligible to be reappointed <br />to the named citizen advisory boards; to direct staff to <br />provide notice of vacancies om these citizen advisory <br />boards during the period February 13 through March 13, <br />2002 and to solicit applications for vacancies and for <br />staff to provide the original applications of those persons <br />eligible for reappointment. <br />
