Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing and <br />Maschka. Nays: Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br />Kough commented on the meaning of the Council Rule <br />pertaining to task forces. <br />Maschka was concerned about not hearing from the <br />Ethics Commission. <br />Roll Call on motion to create an Ethics Task Force, <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />Klausing and Maschka <br />The Council then turned to the appointment of the Ethics <br />Task Force members. <br />Klausing asked about the selection process. <br />�> ;� <br />Kough commented on the competency of the nominees. <br />Maschka stated his reasons for not voting for these <br />nommees. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn. Legal Services Contracts Legal Services <br />Schroeder moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, to direct staff Contracts <br />to prepare a Request for Proposal and to provide a Cost- <br />Benefit analysis. <br />
