7.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />7.1 By motion approve final (second) reading of an ordinance rezoning of the parcel from <br />Single Family Residence District (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) with an <br />underlying zoning of Single Family Residential (R- 1); <br />7.2 By motion, approve the Final Subdivision Plat of Owasso Ridge for the development <br />of the 2.25 acre parcel into seven single family residential homes; <br />7.3 By motion, approve the Final Development Plan and Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement of Owasso Ridge specifying all terms and conditions for the <br />development. <br />Prepared by.
