CITY of ROSEVILLE <br />OWASSO RIDGE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMEN'� <br />This PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, dated March 4, 2002, is entered into <br />between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation, of 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55 113 ("CITY"), and Stoney River Development Corporation, 300 South <br />Owasso Boulevard East, Saint Paul, MN 55 117 ("DEVELOPER"). <br />1.0 EFFECTIVE DATE of AGREEMENT <br />This agreement shall be effective upon completion of all of the following: <br />11 Passage and recording of Owasso Ridge, the seven lot subdivision plat for project. <br />1.2 Passage and publication of Ordin nce # �(rezoning of property to PUD). <br />1.3 Publication of the ordinance in oseville Review, the CITY's official newspaper <br />1.4 <br />1.5 <br />Execution of this agreement � <br />Recording of this agreement' <br />2,0 REQUEST for PUD APPROVAL <br />3.0 <br />� DEVELOPER. <br />The DEVELOPER has requested that :h prove a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />(PF# 3357 that develops a 225 acre par at 494 Iona Lane into seven single family <br />residential lots and homes. The subject legally described as Lot 1 through Lot <br />7, Owasso Ridge Addition, Ramsey Co innesota. The subject property's tax <br />identification number is 012923310100. <br />PUD APPROVAL <br />The CITY hereby grants approval of the Planned Unit Development (identified as E�ibit_ - <br />_ in Section 4 of this Agreement), subject to the DEVELOPER's compliance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement. The City agrees to approve applications for building <br />permits, if said applications are consistent with the plans identified in Section 4.0 below. <br />For any improvements proposed thereafter, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the <br />contrary, the CITY may require compliance with any amendments to the its Comprehensive <br />Guide Plan, official controls, platting or dedication requirements enacted after the date of this <br />Agreement. <br />
