CITY of ROSEVILLE OWASSO RIDGE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMEN'� This PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, dated March 4, 2002, is entered into between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation, of 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55 113 ("CITY"), and Stoney River Development Corporation, 300 South Owasso Boulevard East, Saint Paul, MN 55 117 ("DEVELOPER"). 1.0 EFFECTIVE DATE of AGREEMENT This agreement shall be effective upon completion of all of the following: 11 Passage and recording of Owasso Ridge, the seven lot subdivision plat for project. 1.2 Passage and publication of Ordin nce # �(rezoning of property to PUD). 1.3 Publication of the ordinance in oseville Review, the CITY's official newspaper 1.4 1.5 Execution of this agreement � Recording of this agreement' 2,0 REQUEST for PUD APPROVAL 3.0 � DEVELOPER. The DEVELOPER has requested that :h prove a Planned Unit Development (PUD) (PF# 3357 that develops a 225 acre par at 494 Iona Lane into seven single family residential lots and homes. The subject legally described as Lot 1 through Lot 7, Owasso Ridge Addition, Ramsey Co innesota. The subject property's tax identification number is 012923310100. PUD APPROVAL The CITY hereby grants approval of the Planned Unit Development (identified as E�ibit_ - _ in Section 4 of this Agreement), subject to the DEVELOPER's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The City agrees to approve applications for building permits, if said applications are consistent with the plans identified in Section 4.0 below. For any improvements proposed thereafter, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the CITY may require compliance with any amendments to the its Comprehensive Guide Plan, official controls, platting or dedication requirements enacted after the date of this Agreement.
