4.0 APPROVAL by the CITY <br />The CITY hereby approves the following plans on file with the City. The DEVELOPER shall <br />develop the subject property in accordance with these plans. If, however, the plans vary from <br />the written terms of this Agreement, the written terms shall controL If the plans address items <br />not specifically addressed in this Agreement, the plans shall govern with respect to those items. <br />The plans are: <br />Exhibit A <br />Exhibit B <br />Certificate of Survey and/or approved plat of the e�sting property including all <br />land features, dated <br />Final Plat of Owasso Ridge, dated <br />Exhibit C Site development plan that includes property boundary, e�sting contours, <br />e�sting easements, building setbacks, structure location (building pads), <br />curbing, and parking setbacks (each individual development project), dated <br />Exhibit D Grading plan illustrating existing grades and those proposed after completion <br />of the proposed construction, drainage directions, spot elevations, catch basins <br />for surface water catchment; utility plan indicating e�sting and proposed <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, gas, electric, and storm sewer connection; and the <br />erosion control plan, dated <br />Exhibit E <br />Exhibit F <br />Exhibit G <br />Exhibit H <br />Exhibit I <br />Tree Preservation/landscape plan including materials list, sizes, and locations <br />of all plant materials, dated <br />Building floor plans of each complex with dimensions of the facility, dated <br />Building elevations of each complex, with dimensions and materials identified, <br />dated <br />Home Owners Association by-laws, dated <br />Site maintenance agreement and/or association, dated <br />Exhibit J Anticipated site development schedule with estimated date of construction <br />start, construction completion, utility, curb, gutter and landscape installation, <br />and tentative occupancy date, dated <br />2 <br />
