� Appurtenances constructed or provided in areas along an <br />,: � <br />improvement project where they do not currently exist except <br />street lighting in conformance with the City's Street Lighting <br />Plan shall be 100% assessed to the benefiting properties on a <br />front foot basis. The cost of these appurtenances shall be <br />separated from the cost of the street improvement project.
