� b) Equivalent Lot Unit <br />Equivalent lot units are determined by dividing a large or <br />� Uflpldtted parcel of land into smaller lot units. The division of <br />land for assessment pulpOSes is done in a manner consistent with <br />the City's current zoning for the area and subdivision <br />regulations. Questions pertaining to the "buildability" of areas <br />to be divided into equivalent lot units are addressed by the City <br />�_ at the time of the determination. <br />C) Gross Area <br />The total area, in acres or square feet, of a lot or parcel of <br />land including any easements.
