Front Footage 8asis ,.� <br />Determine the total assessable front footage of all lots and <br />equivalent lot units receiving lateral benefit and divide the <br />proj ect cost by the total of assessable front footage. Each <br />lot or equivalent lot unit assessment is equal to the total <br />assessable front footage per unit multiplied by the front <br />footage assessment rate. <br />d) Sanitary Sewer Building Service <br />The assessment rate for each size of building service (4, 6 or 8 <br />inch) shall be determined by adding all the costs associated with <br />each size of service and dividing by the total number of services <br />constructed.
