Comprehensive Plan Amendment Requested on February 12, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission Hearing/Recommendation (6-O) — March 6, 2002. <br />. Anticipated Council Consideration — April 8, 2002 <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />2.1 The Community Development and Public Works St&recommend approval of the request <br />by the County Road C Tasl�orce to amend the te�t of the Rdseville Comprehensive Plan, <br />Section 5, Transportation, to include the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual. <br />2.2 The Roseville Planning Commission held the required hearing on March 6, 2002 <br />pertaining to the Comprehensive Plan amendment and voted (6-O) to recommend <br />approval. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 Approval; See Section 7.1 for suggested action. <br />Project Specifics, Policy & Fiscal Implications, StaffFindings, Detailed Recommendation, and <br />Suggested Planning Commission Action on following pages. <br />PF3382 RCA (03/25/02) -Page 1 <br />
