EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of March 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN TO INCLUDE THE COUNTY ROAD C STREETSCAPE MANCTAL INTO <br />SECTION 5, TRANSPORTATION. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on March 6, 2002, <br />received a request from the City of Roseville (professional staf� to amend the te�t of the <br />Roseville Comprehensive Plan to include the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual; <br />and <br />1. WHEREAS, after the public hearing, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval (6-O) for the inclusion of the County Road C Streetscape Framework Manual <br />into the Comprehensive Plan as a general guide and reference document; and <br />NOW TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council to hereby approve and <br />adopt the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the inclusion of the County Road C <br />Streetscape Framework Manual, subject to: <br />1. Review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. <br />2. Proper rezoning of the subject parcel. <br />3. Approval of the Final Development Plan regarding the Planned Unit <br />Development. <br />4. Approval, signature, and recording of the Planned Unit Development Agreement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
