Section 1�3.�1A. of the Roseville City Code is amended to read: <br />A. Election Date Fixed: The city general election shall be held on the first <br />Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each edd even numbered <br />year> beginnin r with the 2004 election. There shall be no re��ular Ci <br />election in 2003. <br />SECTION 2. Section 103.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read: <br />103.02: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL TERMS: <br />q. T'�an��Rn of office for mayor and council members shall be four (4) years, <br />$, Transition to Even Year Elections: The ternl of the Mayor and Councilmember whose <br />current terms would end the first business dav of Jatluafl+, 2004 are extended to the first business dav <br />of January. 2005 and those offices will be filled at the Z�Q4 Clty election. The terms of the <br />Councilmembers whose terms would end on the first business dav of January, 2006 are extended to <br />the fust business dav of Januarv. 2007 and those offices will be filled at the 2006 election. <br />G.
