Section j�i.Q1A. of the Roseville City Code is amended to read: <br />A. Election Date Fixed: The city general election shall be held on the first <br />Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each odd even numbered <br />year, beginning with the 2004 election. <br />SECTION 2. Section 103.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read: <br />103.02: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL TERMS: <br />A. T'�anterm of office for mayor and council members shall be four (4) years. <br />I3. Transition to Even Year Elections: The tern�s of the MayUr and Councilmember who will <br />be elected at the 2003 Citv election shall end the first business dav of Januarv. 2007 and <br />those offices will be tilled at the 2006 CitV election. The terms of the Councilmembers who <br />were elected at the 2001 City election shall end on the first business dav of January, 2005 <br />and those offices will be tilled at the 2004 election. <br />C.
