Section j�i.Q1A. of the Roseville City Code is amended to read: A. Election Date Fixed: The city general election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each odd even numbered year, beginning with the 2004 election. SECTION 2. Section 103.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read: 103.02: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL TERMS: A. T'�anterm of office for mayor and council members shall be four (4) years. I3. Transition to Even Year Elections: The tern�s of the MayUr and Councilmember who will be elected at the 2003 Citv election shall end the first business dav of Januarv. 2007 and those offices will be tilled at the 2006 CitV election. The terms of the Councilmembers who were elected at the 2001 City election shall end on the first business dav of January, 2005 and those offices will be tilled at the 2004 election. C. Transition for Councilmember Election Cvcle: At the 2004 Citv election the two council candidates xeCeivin the most votes shall serve four (4) year terms and the council candidate receivin� the third most votes shall serve a two (21 vear term.
