<br />combined improvement. Said report is hereby approved and <br />shall be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />3. The Village Council hereby finds, determines and <br />declares that the improvements described above shall, in <br />accordance with the report of the Public Works Director, be <br />instituted and conducted as a single combined improvement <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />4. Said combined improvements are hereby desig- <br />nated Combined Improvement of 1971, Series 1. <br /> <br />5. The Council shall meet at the community room <br />in the Har-Mar Shopping Center, in said Village on March 16, <br />1971, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of holding a <br />public hearing on Combined Improvement of 1971, Series 1, <br />under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, and the Village Manager is hereby authorized <br />and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose <br />of that meeting to be published twice in the official news- <br />paper, The Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a <br />week apart, and the second publication shall not be less <br />than three days before the date of the hearing. Pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031(1), notice shall also <br />be mailed to the owner of each parcel within the area pro- <br />posed to be assessed not less than ten days prior to such <br />hearing. <br /> <br />6.
