NOTICE OF HEARING ON COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1971, SERIES 1 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the community room at Har-Mar Shopping Center in said Village on the 16th day of March, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, on Combined Improvement of 1971, Series 1. The general nature of the improvement is as follows: a. The construction and installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and con- crete curb and gutter on proposed Heinel Drive between Sandy Hook Drive and existing Heinel Drive, to serve property in an area described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Owasso Blvd. South and the Southeasterly lot line of Lot 4, Block 3, Owasso Shores Addition; thence in a Northwesterly direction along the rear lot lines of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 3, Lots 20,19, 18 and 17A, Block. 1 and their exten- sions, Owasso Shores Addition to the shore of Lake Owasso; thence in a Southwesterly direction along the shore Lake Owasso to its intersection with Southwesterly lot line of Lot 12, A.K. Barnum's Garden Lots; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of Lot 12 to its intersection with the Northwesterly right-of- way line of Owasso Blvd. South; thence North- easterly along the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Owasso Blvd. South to the point of beginning, all in Ramsey County. \ b. The construction and installation of sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances on the south side of County Road D, west of the Forest Lake Cut Off (Old Highway 8), to serve property in an area described as follows:
