MIN Rosebud <br />AMENDMENT NO 1. TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement (hereinafter "Amendment") dated as of the <br />day of , 2002, by and between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation (hereinafter "Owner") and Verizon Wireless (VAV� LLC d/b/a Verizon <br />Wireless, 180 Washington Valley Road, Bedminster, New Jersey 07921 ("Lessee"), is an <br />amendment that is hereby made a part of and incorporated into that Lease Agreement <br />("Agreement") between Owner and Lessee dated June 30, 2000. <br />1. Modifications to the A�reement. <br />a.
