I will be on vacation until May 1. My office (Sharon, 489- <br />1396) can reach me if necessary. <br />I wanted to get you my comments (attached, ) to get some thinking going. Our city is unique, and uniquely <br />wealthy compared to our neighbors. Assessing adjacent property owners for infrastructure in place for years is in <br />my opinion both unnecessary and innapropriate. I agree that the first time you put in city water, city sanitary <br />sewer, and a road, I received a direct benefit.
