EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof> a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville> County of Ramsey> Minnesota> was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 10th day of June, 2002, at 6:30 p.m.. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTI�I,�I, �1i0. <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE AT <br />2154 LEXINGTON AVENUE, CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />WHREAS> the City Council of the City of Roseville finds the property <br />located at 2154 Lexington Avenue to be a public nuisance within the meaning of <br />City Code Sections 407.02 and 407.03 because the property has an accumulation <br />of trash> debris> brush and outside storage of old equipment and the structure is <br />inadequately maintained> dilapidated and damaged such that its physical <br />condition and appearance detract from the surrounding neighborhood as being <br />unsightly and adversely affecting property values in neighborhood pattern; and> <br />WHEREAS> the City Council of the City of Roseville deems it to be in the <br />public interest to abate the nuisance and> pursuant to City Code Section 407.07> <br />assess the property for the cost of said abatement; and> <br />WHEREAS> the estimated cost of abatement is $5,775.00.
