1.5 <br />2.0 <br />2.1 <br />✓ On May 29� the junk and debris were removed <br />o Weeds exceed 8" in height. <br />✓ On May 27th the weeds were cut <br />o The pylon sign is in need of repair. <br />✓ On May 27� the pylon sign was removed along with the gas <br />pumps. <br />o The wooden soffit is missing sections. <br />The Property Manager has met with City staff and has indicated his intentions to <br />complete all of the repairs by July 1��. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Council approve abatement of identified City Code violations <br />with costs not to exceed 125% of estimates. <br />2.2 Staff further recommends actions toward repair not be commenced until after <br />July 10, 2001, in order for the property owner to perform the repair and avoid <br />abatement.
