Nays: none. <br />A. Second and Final Reading, and Enactment of an Ordinance 1264 <br />Odd-Even Election Ordinance; Consideration of a Resolution 9997 <br />related Referendum Petition; Approval of a Council Even-Year Elections <br />Resolution in Support of Even-Year Elections Referendum Petition <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to approve <br />petition form in concept with legal authority to <br />modify design. Also move 2°d reading of ordinance. <br />Also to move the resolution with the correction on the <br />third whereas of the resolution - should read odd- <br />year election instead of even-year election. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: HIausing, Maschka <br />B. Awarding 2002 Pavement Improvement Contract <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, adoption of a <br />resolution awarding bid for 2002 PMP Contract B in the <br />amount of $616,487.09 to T.A. Schifsky & Sons, <br />Incorporated, of North St. Paul, Minnesota. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C. Approving Expenditure of Livable Communities <br />Grant Funds for Twin Lakes Design Work <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve entering <br />into a contract with Peter J. Musty, Urban Design <br />Services, to complete Twin Lakes graphic plans and <br />models based on the approved Twin Lakes Master Plan, <br />Resolution 9998 <br />2002 Pavement <br />Improvement Contract <br />Livable Communities <br />Grant <br />Twin Lakes Design <br />
