Awarding 2002 Pavement Improvement Contract <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, adoption of a <br />resolution awarding bid for 2002 PMP Contract B in the <br />amount of $616,487.09 to T.A. Schifsky & Sons, <br />Incorporated, of North St. Paul, Minnesota. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C. Approving Expenditure of Livable Communities <br />Grant Funds for Twin Lakes Design Work <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve entering <br />into a contract with Peter J.
