This subdivision does not prohibit a municipality from enforcing an ordinance that applies to �ults-only bookstores, adults-only theaters. or similar adults-only businesses, as defined by ordinance. Roseville City Code 1011.01: DEFINITION: A nonconforming use is any use or arrangement of land or structures legally existing prior to the enactment of a Code provision prohibiting such use. (Ord. 88 l, 6- I-8 I) 1011.02: EXISTING STRUCTURES OR USES: Except where specifically limited elsewhere in this Code any nonconforming use may be continued but may not be extended, expanded, intensified or changed unless to a conforming use. (Ord. 88 1, 6- I-8 1) 1011.03: DAMAGED NONCONFORMING STRUCTURE: Any nonconforming structure damaged to an extent of not more than fifty percent (50%) of its reproduction cost by fire, flood, explosion or other casualty may be reconstructed and used as before if such reconstruction is completed within six (6) months of the casualty. If the damage to the structure is greater than fifty percent (50%) of the replacement cost of the structure at the time of loss, as determined by the City Council, the reconstruction shall be in accordance with this Code.
