REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Approval: <br />DATE: O6/17/02 <br />ITEM NO: �II. B-5 <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br />Item Description: Request by the City Planner to approve the Planned Unit Development <br />Agreements associated with the ASI/VSI redevelopment project in the <br />southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue (PF3224). <br />1.0 ACTION REVIEW: <br />11 The City Planner has created the Planned Unit Development Agreements necessary for each of <br />the redevelopment proposals. These agreements (attached) specify the terms and conditions <br />under which each site is to be developed and what uses are permitted on each of the created <br />lots. <br />1.2 The Planned Unit Development Agreements submitted for the Councils consideration, will <br />incorporate the final plans and any and a11 necessary modifications to said drawings that are <br />applicable to either or both agreements/approvals by the Council. <br />2.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />2.1 The City Planner recommends approval of the each of the Planned Unit Development <br />Agreements associated with the Roselawn Village development. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />3.1 By motion, approve of the Accessible Space, Inc. and the VSI Construction, Inc. Planned Unit <br />Development Agreements and instruct the City Planner to prepare all final documents for <br />recording. The final process will require signatures by the City Manager and Mayor, and for <br />the City Attorney to sign off on the content of each agreement. <br />Prepared by.
