CITY of ROSEVILLE <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />This PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, dated February 12, 2002, is <br />entered into between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation, of 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55 113 ("CITY") and Accessible Space, Incorporated, 2550 <br />University Avenue, Suite 330 North, Saint Paul, MN 55 114 ("DEVELOPER). <br />1.0 EFFECTIVE DATE of AGREEMENT <br />This agreement shall be effective upon completion of the following: <br />1.1 Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment of property from Low Density <br />Residential (LR) and Business (B) to High Density Residential (HR) and <br />Business (B). <br />1.2 Passage and recording of Ra lage Addition (subdivision plat of properiy <br />for proj ect). <br />1.3 <br />1.4 <br />1.S <br />1.6 <br />Passage and publication ofC <br />w/underlying zoning of R-3„ <br />Publication of the ordinance in. <br />newspaper <br />Execution of this agreement <br />Recording of this agreement <br /># (rezoning of properry to PUD <br />�esidence District). <br />Review, the CITY's official <br />and the DEVELOPER. <br />County. <br />2.0 REQUEST for PUD APPROVAL <br />The DEVELOPER has requested t e approve a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) (PF# 3224) that redevelops three parcels or portions thereof into a three story <br />22 unit (22,063 square foot supportive housing complex for the physically <br />handicapped. The subject properties address is 1074 Roselawn Avenue. <br />The subj ect property, on which the AS 1 supportive housing complex will be build, <br />upon subdivision plat recording with Ramsey County, will ha�e the following legal <br />description: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, ROSelawn Village Addition <br />1 <br />
