A ma�mum combined accessory building total size of 1,299 square feet <br />(proposed 30 feet wide by 28 feet deep or 840 square feet and e�sting 25.5 feet <br />by 18 feet or 459 square feet) <br />c A ma�mum impervious surface coverage for the parcel of 30% or 11,476 square <br />feet. <br />d The new garage being located in the general location of the e�sting (to be razed) <br />accessory building and kept a minimum of six feet from the principal structure. <br />e. The inclusion of doors and windows as proposed on the submitted plans. <br />f. A m�imum e�terior wa11 height of nine feet and a m�imum garage door height <br />of eight feet. <br />g. The installation of roof gutters to properly channel roof drainage away from the <br />adj acent (east) properry. <br />h. A maximum building height of 15 feet (to the midpoint of the roof truss) and the <br />installation of roof trusses that are of a similar design to that of e�sting structure <br />contiguous to the properiy. <br />i. The submittal and approval by the Community Development Department of a <br />screening plan that incorporates coniferous and deciduous landscaping and along <br />the sides of the new building/site. <br />j, The accessory structure being constructed of a similar color and with similar <br />materials to that of the principal structure. <br />k.
