7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION: <br />7.1 On June 5, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the Lindholm request. At the hearing no citizens were present to address the <br />Commission. <br />7.2 The Commission did ask the City Planner a few questions regarding the site and the <br />proposal. Specifically, Commissioner Mulder ask about narrowing the driveway and the <br />direction of the roof trusses; and Commissioner Cunningham asked for clarification on <br />the amount of pa�ement. <br />7.3 The Commission voted (5 — 0) to recommend approval of the 533 square foot or 5% <br />variance to Section 1004.O1A6 of the Roseville City Code for Mr. Robert Lindholm, <br />2959 Matilda Street, based on the findings of Section 5 and the conditions (11) of Section <br />6 of the proj ect report dated 7une 5, 2002. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the request by Robert Lindholm, 2959 Matilda Street, for a <br />533 square foot (5%) variance to Section 1004.O1A6 of the Roseville City Code, to allow <br />total impervious surface coverage on the parcel to be 3,827 sq. ft., based on the findings of <br />Section 5 and subject to the 11 conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated June 17, <br />2002. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (490-2236) <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, site photo, and aerial photo. <br />PF3399 • RCA 061702 - Page 5 of 5 <br />
