Additional Staff Presentations <br />A. Bus Shelters: Explanation of Draft Contract and Bus Shelters <br />Conforming Ordinance <br />Kysylyczyn invited City Attorney Joel Jamnik and Craig <br />Piernot to address the Council about a potential bus <br />shelter ordinance and contract. <br />Jamnik summarizedthe key points of the bus shelter <br />contract and ordinance: The process by which potential <br />bus shelter sites are located and approved and approving <br />advertising copy. <br />Ga�y Young, President of Outdoor Promotions, and <br />Craig Piernot, Contract Development for Outdoor <br />Promotions, spoke to the draft agreement. <br />Kough asked about the number of shelters planned for <br />Roseville and their design and construction. <br />Schroeder asked about the payment provision in the draft <br />agreement. <br />Kysylyczyn asked about involvement of the 1-35W <br />Corridor Coalition, and about selecting a bus shelter <br />design. <br />
