City Council Minutes — 06/17/02 <br />DRAFT Copy Page 4 <br />Boulevard (PF3400) <br />Welsch reported. Staff supports the application. <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a resolution <br />approving the request by Robert Wilson, 3107 West <br />Owasso Boulevard, for a 13 foot variance to Section <br />1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code, to allow the <br />replacement of a carport with an attached garage and <br />living area onto the front of the principal structure, based <br />on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 <br />of the project report dated June 17,2002. <br />Then, Schroeder asked about the grade of the driveway. <br />Klausing asked why living space is not constructed in the <br />rear of the house. Kysylyczyn asked about e-mails <br />received on this case. Klausing asked about the finding <br />of "hardship." <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a resolution <br />approving the request by Robert Wilson, 3107 West <br />Owasso Boulevard, for a variance to Section 602.02 of <br />the Roseville City Code, to allow residential parking on <br />the driveway within the street right-of-way boulevard, <br />west of the pedestrian trail, based on the findings of <br />Section 5 of the project report dated June 17, 2002. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />B. City of Roseville Request for Re-Affirmation of a <br />Conditional Use Permit for Northco, 1680 Terrace <br />Drive, for Use of Site as Truck Terminal (PF3401) <br />Welsch reported. Council Members had no questions for <br />staff or the applicant. <br />Schroeder moved, Klausing seconded, to adopt a <br />resolution (draft attached) which reaffirms the current <br />truck terminal use on the Northco site, located at 1656 <br />Terrace Drive, as use permitted by a Conditional Use <br />Resolution 10002 <br />Wilson <br />Variance — Parking <br />(PF3400) <br />Resolution 10003 <br />Northco <br />1680 Terrace Dr <br />CUP <br />(PF3401) <br />
