Appointing the Chair and a Fifth and Final Member Ethics Commission <br />to the Ethics Commission <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to appoint Mark <br />Battis the 2002 Chair of the Ethics Commission. <br />Kysylyczyn spoke against the motion. <br />Kough spoke in favor of the motion. <br />Schroeder indicated he would vote for Battis to �y to <br />bridge a gap. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Maschka. Nays: Kysylyczyn. <br />Then, Klausing moved, Kough seconded, to appoint <br />Amy Ihlan to the Ethics Commission for a term ending <br />March 31,2005. <br />Schroeder and Klausing commented favorably about the <br />quality of the applicants demonstrated through the <br />interview process. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn.
