. 74 cooperative senior units <br />The United proposal's strength includes the unique partnerships with the Roseville Coalition <br />of Churches and senior housing provider Lynblomsten collaborating to connect e�sting <br />aging residents in the community with alternate living arrangements to free up e�sting <br />single family housing stock for young families. Lynblomsten, manager of the senior <br />cooperative provides services for independent through assisted senior's life to ensure a <br />quality aging in place arrangement. In addition the layout of the site achieves the <br />neighborhood public open space concerns. <br />United's proposal provides typical suburban home designs with front garage presence.
