City Council NTinutes -� 07/1 5/02 <br />Page 2 <br />Schroeder asked about the expandability of each of the <br />three City HalUPolice Department concepts. <br />Kysylyczyn asked about parking and ingress/egress <br />issues. <br />Schroeder preferred Alternative 3 from a traffic safety <br />and parking approach. <br />Kysylyczyn asked about moving the Alternative 3, one- <br />floor design concept to the west of the current City Hall <br />building as in Alternative L Kysylyczyn also asked <br />about creating a new council chamber. Kysylyczyn <br />spoke in favor of a County Road C access for the Police <br />Department. <br />Klausing asked if the Council could wait until July 29to <br />select a concept. <br />Kough noted that the voters would have the final say on <br />this matter. <br />Council then turned to Public Comment and other items <br />and returned to this matter later. <br />IIL Public Comment Public Comment <br />A.
