NOTICE OF HEARING ON COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1971, SERIES 2 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNES orA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the community room at Har-Mar Shopping Center in said Village on the l6th day of March, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, on Combined Improvement of 1971, Series 2. The general nature of the improvement is as follows: a.
