EXTRACT OF NIINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCII, OF CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, NIIl�TNESOTA Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, NTinnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 12, 2002 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPROVING A LIMITED USE PERMIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN MN/DOT AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE RICE STREET SIDEWALK WITHIN MN/DOT RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, NTinnesota, is constructing a sidewalk along Rice Street from Minnesota Street to County Road B; AND WHEREAS, Rice Street intersects Trunk Highway No. 36 right-of-way; AND WHEREAS, MT]/D�T requires the City of Roseville to acquire a Limited Use Permit in order to construct, operate, and maintain the pathway within Mn/ DOT right-of-way; THF,RF.FORE BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, NTinnesota, that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation prescribing the tenns and conditions of said Limited Use Permit as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Limited Use Permit", a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or thereo£ , and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
