NOTICE OF ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election on a question will be held in and for the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on November 5, 2002, between the hours of seven o'clock a.m. and eight o'clock p.m., at which time the following question will be submitted: "Shall the City of Roseville, Minnesota, be authorized to issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $9,000,000 to defray the expense of the acquisition and betterment of a public safety and public works facility?" The polling places for said election sha11 be the Centennial United Methodist Church located at 1524 County Road C-2 West for Precinct No. 1; the Roseville Covenant Church located at 2865 Hamline Avenue North for Precinct No. 2; the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church located at 2561 Victoria Street North for Precinct No. 3; the North Heights Lutheran Church located at 2701 Rice Street North for Precinct No. 4; the Fairview Community Center located at 1910 County Road B West for Precinct No. 5; the National American University located at 1500 Highway 36 West for Precinct No. 6; the Grace Church located at 13 10 County Road B West for Precinct No. 7; the Parkview School located at 701 County Road B2 West for Precinct No. 8; the Roseville Lutheran Church located at 12 15 Roselawn Avenue West for Precinct No. 9; and the National Guard Training Center located at 211 McCarrons Boulevard North for Precinct No. 10, in the City, at which places all of the qualified electors of the City residing within the precinct with respect to which the polling place has been established may cast their ballots.
