��",,- <br />�� <br />2002 Referendum <br />On Election Day, Roseville citizens will vote on a referendum on the sale of $9 million in bonds to <br />bring public safety and public works facilities in Roseville up to state and federal standards and to <br />cost-effectively and efficiently meet future needs. This flyer provides details about the funding re- <br />quest so that you can make an informed decision when you go to the polls on November 5. <br />Police <br />`What is the need: <br />✓ Private areas for investigators to hold confidential tele- <br />phone conversations or interviews with victims and <br />witnesses (see photo at right). <br />�A � <br />✓ Increase the number of Sally Ports to four allows police � <br />officers to safely transport criminals to locked holding <br />cells.
