�`I.- <br />�� <br />2002 Referendum <br />On November 5 Roseville residents will vote on a referendum on the sale of <br />$9 million in bonds to bring public safety and public works facilities in <br />Roseville up to state and federal standards and to cost-effectively and <br />efficiently meet future needs. <br />The Plan <br />✓Increase Sally Ports from <br />one to four and have them <br />lead directly to detention <br />areas.
