Thousands of innocent people lost their lives on that day. Under the leadership of the American <br />Legion, the City of Roseville wants to honor those who lost their lives and to remember those who bra�ely, <br />selflessly and tirelessly gave their time, efforts and lives on September 11. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />Mayoral Proclamation to declare September 11, 2002 as "A Day to Remember." <br />
