-2-
Hudson Wisconsin. The drivway connection is traditional
for this style home. It will be landscaped professionally,
and a nationally prominent designer is coordinating
the project. It will be a huge improvement to the
visual blight of this intersection and will "finish"
the project. Everyone benefits.
4) HEALTH ISSUE: Mrs. McCloskey has adult onset Parkinson's
Disease. I have known and worked on community projects with
Sue for many years. This disease is incurable and
when in servere episodes, she is in a bad state of
physical pain. Something as simple as backing up a car
is a painfull operation for Sue. As her poctor has
recommended, this drive connection will create an easier
transition to merging with traffic.
The McCloskey family should be commended for purchasing a former
DUMP site, going to the expense of cleaning it up, and building
a fantastic McMansion that visually improves the entire
intersection and creates "value" and "class" to the area. Just
think what might have been built there! Who else would have
stuck with this project and overcome all of the physical and
engineering problems that site had? Who else would have spent
Che .money they have to beautify that corner?
These are first class people. The"salt of the Earth". Hard workers.
This is their dream home. Grant them this connection for the
reasons above and rest assured that you will enjoy a beautiful
intersection!
Sincerely,
-
Mark J. Kozl
Tel: (651) 639-6379
