City Council 1�Iinutes — 08/12/02 <br />Page 16 <br />Those funds included: <br />Funding Source Available Reserves <br />Water, Sewer, Storm $575,000 <br />Drainage Fund reserves <br />Building Replacement 700,000 <br />Fund reserves <br />General Fund reserves 160,000 <br />Pro osed Bond Issue $9,000,000 <br />Total Fundin $10,435,000 <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn questioned if the designs met equal <br />work force/facility issues. <br />Public Works Director Schwartz and Acting Police Chief <br />Sletner responded in the affirmative regarding <br />compliance with ADA and female staff <br />accommodations. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, and Kough seconded, adoption of <br />Finance Director Miller's projected funding source <br />document, with $575,000 in Water, Sewer and Storm <br />Drainage Fund reserves; $700,000 in Building <br />Replacement Fund reserves; and $160,000 in General <br />Fund reserves; and adoption of the draft Concept Site <br />Plans as presented for the Public Safety and Public <br />Works portions of the project; and proceed with a bond <br />referendum to voters this fall in an amount of <br />$9,000,000. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn stated that the exact wording for the <br />ballot question to be presented would need to be <br />determined at a future meeting. <br />Councilmember Klausing stated that he would prefer to <br />seek voter approval of a bond issue in the full amount, <br />
