Resolution Approving Agency Agreement for <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 100 19 entitled, Resolution Approving a <br />Limited Use Permit Agreement Between the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation (MnDOT) and the City of <br />Roseville to Operate and Maintain the Rice Street <br />Sidewalk Within MnDOT Right-of-Way," and authorized <br />the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Limited Use <br />Permit. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />F. 2002 Leaf Pick-up Program <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, continuation of <br />the leaf pick up program for the remainder of 2002, and <br />that consideration of this program be sent to the new <br />Public Works and Transportation Comrnittee for their <br />evaluation and subsequent report to the City Council, <br />preferably prior to final 2003 budget adoption. <br />Public Works Director Schwartz reviewed the costs and <br />usage of the program over the last four (4) years. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes : Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />G.
