Regular City Council Minutes — 09/23/02 <br />DRAFT Copy - Minutes • Page 17 <br />XL Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, approval of Consent <br />Agenda items A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I, and J, excluding Item F., <br />"Approving Councilmember Kough's Request to be <br />Excused from Council Meetings October 1— 16, 2002 to <br />Compete in an International Diving Championship." <br />It was the consensus of Mayor Kysylyczyn and <br />Councilmembers that a Councilmember had no statutory <br />obligation to report for, or be excused from, meetings unless <br />there was a continuing failure to attend meetings, and charges <br />could be brought forward regarding neglect of duties. <br />Councilmember Kough was wished well by fellow <br />Councilmembers. <br />A. Approving James & Lucy Wrede's Request for a Resolution 10034 <br />Variance at 2078 Irene (PF 3420) Variance <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution 2078 Irene <br />No. 10034 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a Variance to (PF 3420) <br />Section 1004.O1A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of the <br />Roseville City Code for Property Located at 2078 Irene Street <br />(PF 3420)" <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />B. Approving John & Christy Graham's Request for a Resolution 10035 <br />Variance at 671 Skillman (PF 3422) Variance <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution 671 Sl�llman <br />No. 10035 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a Variance to (PF 3422) <br />Section 1004.O1E (Setback Exception) of the Roseville City <br />Code for Property Located at 671 Skillman Avenue (PF <br />3422)." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />
